After planning out my main points of interest around Australia I started to come up with a route I could trundle along in my campervan, sounds like a dream, I drew out a map of Australia (be prepared though, it isn't exactly in proportion) and plotted on the driven route I could take.
I had to include the Nullarbor and Great Ocean Road of course!
I am totally in love with this idea of an Australia road trip in a campervan with a friend or two taking life at our own paces, maybe stopping to pick up the odd job in a couple of cities. I have been scouring my Pinterest for ideas on how to deck out the camper to make it super cosy and yes I'm getting a little ahead of myself here but this excitement isn't going away anytime soon and I just thought I'd share it with you.
I had specific colours for specific things on the map, shown by the key, however I forgot to take into account that it would be scanned in black and white, my bad! It's still pretty easy to follow though and I completely forgot to leave space for good ol' Tas at the bottom but maybe I'll get round to that at a later date.
A lot of people tend to cut out WA on some of the road trips I've researched, it is really remote to be fair, but take it from a girl who has spent a few years growing up there: IT IS A BEAUTIFUL STATE! There is so much diversity and as you may have seen on my previous post 'Travel Bucket List' there are plenty of things to see and do you simply just cannot miss it!
